Questions and Expectations
Hello Good People,
Fancy a quick quiz:
How to move past just coping and discover the zing and buzz of feeling glad to be alive coupled with joyous expectations? What decides how we react to various everyday situations?
Why do some people get sick or ill much less than others? What makes you allergic to fish or nuts or gluten? How to deal with stress and use it to your advantage?
This website will seek to shed light on those and a few more mental and physical well being related questions. The goal of mostimmune.com is to help raise our living game to be more resilient to well being threats. I’m selling my personal thoughts and words on what has worked for me along the way. I have a day job but my part time hobby is staying cheerful, healthy and prescription drug free for as long as humanly possible. Perhaps some of what I’ve read, watched, learnt and used might be good for you too.
Any Help Forthcoming
I have a habit of shopping on Amazon for stress reducing related products so be prepared, if there’s something that helped me or I believe may be of benefit to you, I’ll likely make a recommendation and offer you the odd link to it.
To achieve worthwhile results may require some changes to current ways of thinking, habits of reaction and maybe even to present lifestyle choices. Easier said than done for many people. And not an agreeable option for anyone content with the way they are or maybe just not ready to make any changes right now. You get to choose if and when a change is due and whether or not to believe in the power of positive expectations.
Who Controls Your Emotions
I come in contact daily with many people who seem to be struggling with just the day to day effort of fitting it all in cheerfully. I say this because certain people I see and hear can’t help but give off major clues to their thinking by the look on their faces and the negative, sometimes spiteful words that they speak. When I ask “why the low mood?” mostly the reason or cause is circumstances or situations happening recently and externally to them in their lives. What drives a person to have miserable outcome expectations? As I work in my customer services related position I often wonder if a persons attitude helps or hinders them when dealing with any problems they perceive they are faced with in their lives?
I believe nearly all of us are likely to be faced with similar sad and testing situations as we go through life, but it’s how we personally deal with those situations that determines our present state of mind.
Should I Expect a Better Day
Thinking the best is yet to come always acts as a daily spur to get me out of bed to launch into another day ready for whatever arrives. Can we determine our day by expecting good things to happen?
The way to find a definite answer would be to at least try it a few times to see what type of day we get. What do you do to help yourself on your way? Ever tried writing your own bullet point days script or visualizing a favorable outcome? As it now is a tried and
tested method for top level sports types to achieve improved results, perhaps now’s the time to put more positive into our expectations.
All the best speak soon
